Harbour Villa 14a, 1-Bed Villa, Water-front with Pool

Harbour unit#14a is a ground floor 1-Bedroom water-front apartment. All rooms are on the same level with no stairs to negotiate. The unit is very spacious offering a sea-view from the kitchen, lounge, dining area and patio.

The sheltered patio extends onto a wooden balcony with lounge chairs for sunbathing. There is also a very relaxing twin hammock in the patio. The kitchen is fully fitted, including a dishwasher. Very fast and reliable Fibre-Optic Wi-Fi in all parts of the building and grounds. Private Netflix a/c provided.

THE SPACE

The property is in a semi-detached building, with access to a communal pool and water-front moorings. It is a short walk from most amenities, from shops to beach. This spacious water-front unit is all on one level, therefore no stairs to negotiate.

GUEST ACCESS

Guest have access to their rented unit plus all communal areas and both electronic gates.

TOURS To make your holiday more interesting we have a list of recommended tours which can all be arranged for you upon request, before arrival or when in St Lucia. Our tour rep can visit you on the morning after arrival to orientate you with local amenities and tours.

TAXI TRANSFER - We can arrange airport transfer for you on arrival to help make your journey as stress free as possible (recommended). Our driver, Tony, will know the address of the villa and will be provided with the door key for weekend and late check-ins. If making your own way to the villa we will supply you with directions (as most streets in St Lucia do not have names) and make arrangements for key collection. We need you to complete our online Taxi Transfer form so that we have all your correct travel details. Should you wish to be collected by our driver please indicate this on the form and payment will have to be made before you travel.

CAR HIRE - If you are interested in car hire we are linked to a reputable car hire company and you can get a 10% discount if the booking is done through our web-site. Vehicles can either be collected at the airport or delivered to the villa.
